How do I sign up?

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every full £1 spent and 1 point for every visit to my market stall. Cheesecake Members Club members also earn bonus visit points!

What rewards can I redeem with my points?

From free cheesecake slices to discounted or free whole cheesecakes, there’s a reward for every cheesecake lover! Check the rewards section above for full details.

Do I have to claim each Reward?

No, you can choose to redeem your points or keep saving for a btter reward. once points are redeemed your balance reduces by the amount of the reward.

How do I redeem my points or claim my rewards??

Redeeming your points is simple! Just let me know at the time of ordering or when visiting my stall at markets which reward you’d like to claim. I’ll deduct the corresponding points from your Slice Savers balance and ensure your treat is ready to enjoy. Make sure to check your points balance beforehand so you can plan your rewards!

Do my points expire?

Yes, Slice Savers points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Be sure to treat yourself regularly to keep them active!

Can I earn Points on online orders?

Absolutely! You’ll earn 1 point for every full £1 spent when ordering online.

Do I earn points on delivery charges?

Points are earned on the cost of cheesecakes only, not on delivery charges or additional fees.

How do I check my points balance?

our Slice Savers points balance is always at your fingertips! Simply log in at Snap Loyalty Balance Check to view your total points anytime. Make sure to opt into the loyalty program to start earning and tracking your rewards.

Can I combine Slice Savers with other offers?

Slice Savers points cannot be combined with other promotional offers, but they can still be redeemed for amazing rewards.

I forgot to use my Slice Savers account at checkout. Can I still get points?

If you’ve missed claiming points, just provide proof of purchase within 14 days, and I’ll happily add them to your account!

Are Slice Savers rewards available for collection or delivery?

Most rewards can be redeemed in person at markets, encouraging you to stop by and enjoy the full Cheesecake Club experience! For larger rewards, such as full cheesecakes, pre-agreed delivery or collection arrangements can be made to suit your needs.

Do I need to download an app?

No app or physical cards needed! Slice Savers is fully digital, simple to use, and free. Powered by SnapLoyalty, you can easily track your points and rewards online. Plus, you’ll receive SMS updates about your points balance and special market news, so you’re always in the loop!”
