Can you cater for allergies & food intolerances?
My cheesecakes are made in an environment where nuts, egg, milk, gluten and other allergens are present. I cannot guarantee that any cheesecake is entirely allergen free although I make every effort to ensure that allergies are accommodated.
As all the cheesecakes are made fresh, if for instance one contains nuts, I can make it without adding them.
Some Cheesecakes are now available as a Gluten Free option and/or a Dairy Free option, for an additional charge.

All cheesecakes are made fresh to order and have a five day shelf life, when stored correctly.

Cheesecakes must be kept in the fridge and should be eaten on or before the use by date
Can I freeze the cheesecake?
Yes, you can freeze the cheesecakes for upto 3 months., defrost in the fridge. and consume within 24 hours of thawing..
A little tip for when you have a large cheesecake, cut the left over cheesecake into slices before freezing, that way you only need to remove the amount you want rather than defrosting the whole thing.

Once you have eaten your cheesecake wipe off any excess food from the board and box and then just pop them in with your Card & Paper recycling.
