Fresh, Honest Ingredients
I craft each cheesecake with care, using ingredients I trust and you can recognise:
- Double cream for that luxuriously smooth, creamy texture
- Fresh cream cheese as the base of every cheesecake
- Homemade sauces, coulis, and curds to bring flavour without artificial additives
- Shop-bought biscuits, chocolate, and fruit for flavour and variety
What you won’t find are long lists of stabilisers, preservatives, or added sugar. My cheesecakes use fewer ingredients overall compared to most commercially made desserts, so you can enjoy indulgence without the artificial overload.

What Are Ultra-Processed Foods (UPFs)?
Ultra-processed foods, or UPFs, are products made from industrial ingredients you wouldn’t usually find in a home kitchen—think stabilisers, artificial flavourings, added preservatives, and hidden sugars.
Many store-bought cheesecakes rely heavily on these to extend shelf life or cut corners. My cheesecakes are different. By making everything fresh and in small batches, I keep them:
- Rich and creamy
- Full of real flavour
- Made with ingredients you can recognise
